Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end Collateral Management operations to ensure timely, accurate processing and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • •Review and analyze root causes of margin call disputes and support strong credit risk management.
  • •Support portfolio reconciliation and ensure regulatory compliance (including Dodd-Frank, EMIR, HKMA, and other relevant requirements).
  • •Coordinate daily BAU delivery, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure completeness and quality assurance.
  • •Ensure operational risk controls are met, including exception reporting within guidelines, audit/regulator point implementation, and internal control standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of the Markets and Collateral management business.
  • •Good cross-asset class understanding across areas such as Interest Rate, Equity & Credit Derivatives, FX, Repos, SBL, and structured products.
  • •Knowledge of ISDA Credit Support documents and collateral assets (cash, bonds, equity, letters of credit, etc.).
  • •Experience managing offshore operations with significant exposure to collateral processing (ideally, not exclusively).
  • •Exceptional leadership and management skills, including managing staff and driving process change to improve efficiency and control.
