Structures Engineering Manager - MS&B Executive Transport

Lead the Executive Transport Structures team for Boeing Defense, Space & Security, overseeing structures design and engineering project execution across multidisciplinary disciplines. Own staffing, technical performance, cost, schedule, and integration, while partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver structures scope of work. Establish certification strategies, ensure safety and quality, and provide mentoring and growth for engineering employees working on programs including VC25A, E-4B, C-32, C40, and Global Head of State.
