Senior Director / Vice President, Chemistry Experiment

Lead Lila’s chemistry organization and establish the experimental chemistry strategy that powers discovery across molecules, nanoparticles, and synthetic/analytical methods. Build and scale a high-performing experimental chemistry function spanning organic/inorganic chemistry and discovery/process chemistry. Partner with Product, AI, and Engineering leadership to drive AI-informing and AI-driven experimentation, while cultivating scientific rigor and an inclusive, high-trust research culture reporting to the Chief Autonomous Science Officer.
