Department Manager - Hardscape

Lead the Hardscape department as the in-branch expert, partnering with the Branch Manager on sales and operations planning, demand forecasting, and aligning supply with customer needs. Drive an incident-free, safety-first environment through daily leadership and training. Manage inventory principles, target customer mix, and sales goals while training agronomic staff on hardscape products. Collaborate with branch leadership to adopt new technologies and support other departments as needed.
