Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the roadmap for identity, access, and deployment across the dbt platform, from auth primitives to admin surfaces.
  • •Make enterprise security a competitive advantage by shipping and positioning SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and PrivateLink capabilities.
  • •Lead the migration from single-tenant to multi-tenant deployments without a visible seam, including account domain/subdomain changes.
  • •Decide and execute plans for new geographies and clouds, including data residency and regional isolation requirements.
  • •Own critical onboarding and admin flows (login, sign-up, invites, users, groups, and permissions) and translate security review blockers into roadmap and sales-ready work.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time in identity, access management, security, or infrastructure products.
  • •Direct experience with authentication and authorization (SSO, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC, identity providers) with shipped opinions in this space.
  • •Experience with multi-tenant SaaS deployment models, including tenancy, isolation, regional expansion, and migrations.
  • •Strong technical foundation to peer with engineering and reason about architecture in design reviews.
  • •Excellent written communication to define tradeoffs and explain security decisions to security and sales teams.
