Job Summary

Lead the global Clinical Affairs strategy for Ambulatory Monitoring and Diagnostics, driving high-impact clinical evidence programs across the product lifecycle. Partner with Medical Affairs, R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, Quality, and commercial leaders to design studies, oversee protocols and endpoints, and ensure compliance. Own scientific communications supporting submissions and claims, represent Clinical Affairs in governance, and lead teams while building external relationships with regulators and key scientific stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and lead the global Clinical Affairs strategy across the AM&D portfolio, aligning clinical evidence plans to business priorities.
•Architect and oversee clinical evidence programs across the product lifecycle, including study design, protocols, endpoints, statistical strategy, and evidence dissemination.
•Build and deliver high-quality clinical evidence and scientific communications supporting regulatory submissions, market registrations, evaluations, claims, publications, and lifecycle management.
•Provide strategic clinical leadership across product development and commercialization, including risk management input, design controls, study strategies, and design history documentation.
•Lead and develop the Clinical Affairs organization and serve as the primary external interface with regulators, investigators, KOLs, societies, and scientific stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of directly related clinical or scientific experience in the medical device industry, including leadership/management experience.
•5+ years managing a clinical research functional team, delivering complex clinical programs on time, within budget, and in compliance.
•Comprehensive knowledge of clinical research regulations across multiple regions, including FDA and other global medical device regulatory requirements.
•Strong understanding of medical device clinical trial practices, Good Clinical Practice, informed consent requirements, and regulatory documentation.
•Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (advanced scientific, clinical, or professional degree preferred).
