Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead the global Clinical Affairs strategy across the AM&D portfolio, aligning clinical evidence plans to business priorities.
  • •Architect and oversee clinical evidence programs across the product lifecycle, including study design, protocols, endpoints, statistical strategy, and evidence dissemination.
  • •Build and deliver high-quality clinical evidence and scientific communications supporting regulatory submissions, market registrations, evaluations, claims, publications, and lifecycle management.
  • •Provide strategic clinical leadership across product development and commercialization, including risk management input, design controls, study strategies, and design history documentation.
  • •Lead and develop the Clinical Affairs organization and serve as the primary external interface with regulators, investigators, KOLs, societies, and scientific stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of directly related clinical or scientific experience in the medical device industry, including leadership/management experience.
  • •5+ years managing a clinical research functional team, delivering complex clinical programs on time, within budget, and in compliance.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of clinical research regulations across multiple regions, including FDA and other global medical device regulatory requirements.
  • •Strong understanding of medical device clinical trial practices, Good Clinical Practice, informed consent requirements, and regulatory documentation.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (advanced scientific, clinical, or professional degree preferred).
