Job Summary

Lead multidiscipline mining and heavy industrial projects out of the Sudbury office by driving resource and budget planning, coordinating engineering deliverables, and optimizing workforce schedules. Own project schedules and cost control, manage scope changes, and uphold HSE and quality standards. Represent WSP with clients and stakeholders, respond to scope-related matters, capture lessons learned, and support business development through proposals and client engagement.

•Drive resource and budget planning to keep projects on track.
•Coordinate engineering deliverables across all disciplines for seamless execution.
•Own project schedules and cost control, providing accurate, timely reports.
•Manage project changes proactively to minimize risk and maximize efficiency.
•Champion HSE and quality standards and represent WSP in meetings, presentations, and stakeholder discussions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 94,100 - 138,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Diploma or degree in engineering; EIT, CET, or P.Eng considered an asset.
•8+ years of consulting experience supporting mining and/or heavy industrial projects.
•3+ years of hands-on project management for multidiscipline project environments.
•Strong client interaction skills within diverse project teams.
•Valid driver’s licence.
