Key Responsibilities

  • •Use tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals; order parts; and diagnose equipment issues using real-time data.
  • •Perform safe maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Maintain complete and timely electronic documentation/work orders and practice safe job practices for repairs.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, as needed.
  • •Travel to customer job sites when required for repair/maintenance and assist in training lower-level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of applicable tools and ability to own the required tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred, with experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 years old to operate the company vehicle.
