Job Summary

Drive Adyen’s enterprise new-business growth as an Enterprise BDR. Target high-potential accounts using signal-driven insights, design and support buyer-aligned multi-channel prospecting campaigns, and refine outreach through continuous feedback. Partner closely with senior sellers, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to shape strategic account plans. Leverage AI-enabled workflows to uncover early opportunities and engage prospects at industry events in-person.

Key Responsibilities

•Strategically target high-potential enterprise accounts using signal-driven insights and commercial strategy.
•Design and support campaigns aligned with buyer needs, market trends, and strategic priorities in partnership with Sales, Marketing & Partnerships.
•Execute multi-channel, tailored prospecting with messaging that reflects merchants’ challenges and business priorities.
•Collaborate with the commercial engine to shape strategic account plans and continuously refine outreach based on learnings.
•Use AI-enabled workflows to optimize prospecting and identify early-stage opportunities, including in-person engagement at industry events.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 45,712.5 - 69,525

Key Requirements

•Fluency in both Italian and English (written and verbal).
•Strong curiosity about customers, products, and relevant signals, with interest in payments and industry trends.
•Ability to adjust messaging and approach based on prospect and opportunity context.
•Resilience and comfort with long-cycle enterprise sales, ambiguity, and rejection.
•Sales acumen to understand qualification and mechanics of an enterprise deal (not a handoff role).
