Supervisor- Recycling and Wastewater USA (Crew D)

Supervise daily operations for wastewater treatment and recycling personnel across four shifts, including scheduling, goal-setting, and training direct reports. Ensure safe and compliant plant-floor execution of processes, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and proper handling of hazardous waste. Collaborate with Corporate WW/Recycling Engineering on handoffs for new or modified systems and lead continuous-improvement and cost-savings initiatives. Maintain safety procedures and communicate objectives and policies throughout the shifts.
