Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the first point of contact for the regional user community for support requests and communication on new functionality.
  • •Act as the voice of the customer by articulating user needs into system improvement, new functionality, and EPM module/tool enhancements.
  • •Maintain user access in line with requests and standard practices.
  • •Continuously improve month-end financial reporting and processes, including supporting user reporting initiatives.
  • •Train users on application functionality and enhancements and lead regional training initiatives; communicate timely status updates to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, MIS, or a related field.
  • •3–5+ years of OneStream or Oracle EPM (Hyperion, Essbase, Planning, FDM) experience as a user or administrator, or similar solution.
  • •Ability to work with Excel, including macros.
  • •Either 3–5+ years of data visualization or data analytics experience (e.g., Google Looker, Tableau) or deep EPM/reporting experience.
  • •Fluent English; strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
