Job Summary

Support the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform for finance users across APAC, India, and EMEA. Serve as the first point of contact for user support, training, access administration, and communication, translating customer needs into actionable improvements. Collaborate with the development team to execute user requirements, maintain access, improve month-end reporting processes, and deliver regional training and reporting initiatives using EPM tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the first point of contact for the regional user community for support requests and communication on new functionality.
•Act as the voice of the customer by articulating user needs into system improvement, new functionality, and EPM module/tool enhancements.
•Maintain user access in line with requests and standard practices.
•Continuously improve month-end financial reporting and processes, including supporting user reporting initiatives.
•Train users on application functionality and enhancements and lead regional training initiatives; communicate timely status updates to leadership.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, MIS, or a related field.
•3–5+ years of OneStream or Oracle EPM (Hyperion, Essbase, Planning, FDM) experience as a user or administrator, or similar solution.
•Ability to work with Excel, including macros.
•Either 3–5+ years of data visualization or data analytics experience (e.g., Google Looker, Tableau) or deep EPM/reporting experience.
•Fluent English; strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
