Job Summary

Grow and retain a Providence/RI portfolio of business banking clients by executing segment strategy and meeting KPIs across new-to-bank relationships, deposit growth, loan production, and fee income. Build a network of business contacts, COIs, community leaders, and referral sources, deliver an excellent client experience with banking center partners, and identify opportunities for treasury management services. Package and present quality loan and credit deals while ensuring regulatory and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute segment strategy to drive targeted growth goals across core KPIs, including new-to-bank relationships, deposit growth, loan production, and fee income.
•Develop and maintain a network of business contacts, COIs, community leaders, and referral sources to generate revenue and manage/grow the client pipeline.
•Partner with their team, banking centers, and cross-line-of-business colleagues to deliver an excellent client experience and identify business banking growth opportunities.
•Source opportunities and work with support to package quality loans within policy and guidelines; independently package and present credit deals to segment leadership and credit team.
•Identify and deliver value through treasury management services while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational integrity.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 3+ years of Relationship Management or branch manager sales experience, with 4+ years of banking experience.
•General knowledge of credit, with the ability to learn financial analysis techniques and lending policy.
•Proven track record developing banking relationships and relationship management skills with sales success.
•Proven relationship management skills managing and growing a sales pipeline and developing new business relationships through COIs and referral sources.
•High school diploma or GED required; advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor’s, and/or Master’s) preferred.
