Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the operational lead on accounting delivery and partner with the Firm Principal/Franchise Owner to meet client needs.
  • •Oversee accounting operations for multiple clients and ensure daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines are met.
  • •Direct and review analysts’ work across A/P, A/R, payroll, bank reconciliations, and adjusting journal entries.
  • •Prepare and review general ledger entries and supporting documentation, including balance sheet reconciliations.
  • •Identify opportunities for automation, delegation, and process improvement; research and resolve general ledger questions and escalate when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5+ years of public accounting or full-cycle accounting experience.
