Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as daily point of contact for operational queries, including accounting and general operational questions.
  • •Perform initial review of investment data including transactions, valuations, manager estimates, plan items, exposure, and benchmark data.
  • •Support data management for transactional impacts on accounting metrics such as realized gain/loss and cost.
  • •Conduct secondary review of investment reconciliations including cash, positions, performance, transactions, and unfunded commitments.
  • •Support client onboarding through initial discovery sessions, project planning, setting expectations, and providing continuous updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working with complex asset owners in areas such as performance measurement, alternative asset/private equity operations, or investment operations (fund/investment accounting).
  • •Understanding of private equity transactional impacts on metrics such as unfunded commitments, market value, cost, and TVPI/DPI/PIC.
  • •Knowledge of accounting/reporting methods including IBOR, ABOR, and TrueNAV to support accurate data capture.
  • •Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under deadlines.
  • •Ability to escalate issues when needed and effectively use the Microsoft suite of applications.
