Job Summary

Senior facilities engineer focused on maintaining and optimizing HVAC/exhaust systems in a 24/7 semiconductor fab. Responsible for capacity management, reliability analysis, cost estimation, project management, SOP creation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain a technical focus on capacity management, problem solving, root cause analysis, engineering design, cost estimating, financial management, project management, and system documentation.
•Integrate reliability focus and risk analysis to include FMEA’s, root cause analysis, design, commissioning, training, and 8D problem solving methods.
•Develop and review operations and maintenance procedures/programs with the team to ensure use of best practices.
•Be available to Operations Team during and after normal business hours to assist with technical system issues; lead troubleshooting and countermeasure development.
•Forecast system capacity needs based on current and future demand projections; identify capacity concerns and analyze data to predict utility/chemical use.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 76,000 - 145,000 annually

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
