Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a high-performing infrastructure and platform team, including hiring and coaching.
  • •Build and scale platform systems powering Assort’s AI agents, including observability, CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and reliability infrastructure.
  • •Own cross-cutting systems and services spanning multiple product teams to ensure consistent reliability and performance.
  • •Drive technical decisions on GCP infrastructure, Kubernetes, monitoring/alerting, and data infrastructure.
  • •Design and ship internal tools and automation to improve engineer productivity, while debugging incidents alongside the team.
