Job Summary

Lead NEC3/NEC4 ECC project delivery for major UK infrastructure programmes from inception through completion. Act as a trusted advisor to clients while managing complex projects across the full lifecycle, building long-term relationships with stakeholders, and addressing risks and opportunities. Provide leadership to multi-disciplinary teams, mentor emerging project management talent, and drive excellence in project controls, commercial management, and health, safety, quality, and environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform the NEC3 and NEC4 ECC Project Manager role with professionalism and integrity.
•Lead delivery of complex infrastructure projects and programmes across the full project lifecycle.
•Build trusted relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders as a strategic partner.
•Identify risks and opportunities and drive practical solutions to achieve successful outcomes.
•Provide leadership to multi-disciplinary teams and mentor emerging project management talent while championing project controls, commercial management, and HSEQ performance.

Key Requirements

•Proven NEC3 and NEC4 ECC contract management experience in a named ECC Project Manager role (or completed a representative role within the last 12 months).
•Significant experience delivering infrastructure project and/or programme management outcomes across the project lifecycle.
•Strong leadership skills to inspire teams and provide clear direction in complex or ambiguous environments.
•Excellent stakeholder management capabilities to build long-term, trusted relationships at all levels.
•Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial management within major projects or programmes.
