Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day management of global benefits programmes across multiple countries, including enrolments, changes, and benefit queries.
  • •Maintain global benefits inventory, renewal calendar, and programme documentation; coordinate insurance renewals and approvals.
  • •Partner with brokers, insurers, and benefit providers to resolve operational issues and maintain service standards.
  • •Run compensation and reward analysis, including salary benchmarking, market-data analysis, compa-ratio, range-positioning, internal equity, and pay-gap reporting.
  • •Maintain auditable compensation and benefits data and reporting; support Total Rewards policies, processes, and SOPs in collaboration with People Operations and Payroll.

Key Requirements

  • •Approximately 4–8 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, Reward, or a related analytical HR role.
  • •Practical experience administering employee benefits, ideally across multiple countries.
  • •Experience working with brokers, insurers, or benefits providers.
  • •Strong numerical and analytical capability with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • •Exposure to compensation benchmarking, salary ranges, market data, or compensation review processes.
