•Manage a team of security engineers who perform threat modelling, security tool rollouts, and internal security services.
•Own Canva's internal security strategy balancing usability, security, and compliance while preserving developer experience and speed.
•Coach and develop engineers with regular feedback to support personal growth goals.
•Own the team’s processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain a high-performing team.
•Collaborate with IT, Sales, Customer Support and other groups to implement security improvements at scale and drive internal adoption of security systems.

•Strong understanding of zero trust, IDPs, SSPM, MDMs, Password Managers and related security technologies.
•Ability to lead large, cross-group projects, define done, track metrics and communicate at company scale.
