Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while improving productivity and efficiency
  • •Ensure customer engagement and create a friendly, easy-to-shop environment while building client relationships daily
  • •Partner with leadership to analyze reports, support action plans, and address deficient areas and growth opportunities
  • •Provide effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives throughout the store
  • •Support store operations including shipment processing, visual merchandising placement, daily replenishment, and maintaining front/back procedures per policy
