Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product work end to end: understand the problem, choose an approach, build with AI-assisted coding, launch, measure, and iterate with minimal handoffs.
  • •Build with AI daily for research, analysis, prototyping, and debugging as an integrated part of your workflow.
  • •Identify the most impactful opportunities and design the smallest meaningful experiments to test assumptions quickly.
  • •Define success upfront, analyze outcomes after experiments go live, and improve, expand, or stop shipped work based on results.
  • •Partner hands-on with the co-founder/CTO, designers, and engineers on the web product while surfacing blockers and maintaining momentum.

  • •You use data to make product decisions—define metrics, run A/B tests or experiments, and use deep-dives or user research to shape what you build next.
  • •You actively explore new AI tools and techniques independently, experimenting without waiting for assigned projects.
  • •You’re comfortable with ambiguity and move by investigating, building, testing, and learning to create clarity and reach outcomes.
  • •You communicate clearly in English and collaborate directly with designers, engineers, and stakeholders while paying attention to user experience.
