Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Teach and mentor students across 17 hours/week (14 teaching, 3 office hours) in a hybrid online/offline format, focusing on UX design processes and capstone projects
  • •Prepare weekly lessons and materials leveraging GA curriculum, tailoring content to student needs
  • •Provide timely, constructive feedback to students and assess progress using rubrics
  • •Collaborate with co-instructors and GA staff to address diverse learning styles and needs
  • •Guide students through the development and presentation of a capstone project that showcases their abilities to hiring managers

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience working in user experience design on a product team
  • •Fluency in UX topics including UX Process, User Research and Personas, Usability Testing, UX Analysis, Information Architecture, Interface Design, Wireframing, Prototyping, Analytics and Optimization, Mobile UX, and/or HTML/CSS
  • •At least 2 years of professional Figma experience including component libraries, design systems, and high-fidelity prototypes; proficiency with autolayout, components, variables, prototyping, and collaboration tools
  • •Experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching user experience designers (professional or volunteer)
  • •Authorized to work in Singapore and not currently requiring employer sponsorship
