Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate assigned machines to keep them running and produce quality products aligned to customer specifications.
  • •Perform and complete hourly quality checks, recognize defects, adjust as needed, and alert personnel to quality problems.
  • •Maintain machine setup sheets and keep process, maintenance, and equipment reference logs/books; record and report downtime.
  • •Maintain cycle time checks and process production tickets, including recording daily production numbers in SAP.
  • •Maintain a safe, clean work area, follow GMP and safety procedures, and assist with preventive maintenance and packaging oversight.
