Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, community meetings, reviews, and assessments within the Therapeutic Community.
  • •Support the assessment, treatment, and development of residents with complex psychological and behavioural needs.
  • •Prepare professional reports, including parole review documentation, and provide evidence where required.
  • •Contribute to service development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of therapeutic practice.
  • •Work collaboratively with clinical and operational colleagues to maintain a safe, effective, and accredited therapeutic environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience delivering group-based interventions, therapy, or therapeutic support in a forensic, custodial, clinical, or related environment.
  • •Hold, be working towards, or have equivalent experience relevant to psychotherapy, counselling, group analysis, or therapeutic practice.
  • •Ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and work confidently within a multidisciplinary team.
  • •Experience assessing risk, maintaining professional records, and producing high-quality written reports.
