Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while supporting procurement services
  • •Review and verify approved orders, requisitions, and packing slips; forward discrepancies to accounts payable
  • •Monitor inventory levels and stock-out risks, determine discrepancies or abnormal consumption, and take preventive/corrective actions
  • •Coordinate product returns with vendors and oversee storage, distribution, picking, packing, and dispatch practices
  • •Support the Director of Pharmacy with month-end reporting, bid solicitation, negotiations, market trend studies, and cost analysis

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field
  • •3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting or pharmacy procurement
  • •Knowledge of drug-use control functions including purchasing, inventory control, drug storage, and drug distribution
  • •Knowledge of Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA) standards
  • •Ability to speak and write in English fluently
