Job Summary

Manage lab operating procedures and oversee day-to-day administrative functions across multiple engineering and environmental test labs. Lead Environmental Health, Safety, and sustainment programs, property and metrology management, and audit/assessment preparation to ensure safety, security, and compliance. Perform cost analyses, support supply chain processes, develop communication plans, and influence stakeholders while protecting classified/proprietary materials in line with export regulations.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage Lab Operating Procedures (LOPs) and provide direction for lab users on established policies.
•Manage, coordinate, and implement Environmental Health, Safety, and Sustainment programs.
•Oversee property and metrology management to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
•Conduct cost analyses and ensure task completion within approved budgets; support Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes.
•Oversee audits and assessment preparation, lead lab objective evaluation/corrective action planning, and ensure classified/proprietary material protection per export regulations.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
