Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage project commissions end-to-end, ensuring delivery to defined time, cost and quality targets
  • •Act as day-to-day client interface, maintaining definitions of requirements and project governance
  • •Develop and maintain master project plans, schedules and budgets, including resource plans and procurement
  • •Lead cross-functional project teams, manage risks, KPI-driven performance, change control and reporting
  • •Interface with clients, other consultants and stakeholders at all stages, ensuring health, safety and environmental considerations are addressed

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified (Civil Engineering) ideally
  • •Experience on large scheme projects (£100m plus)
  • •NEC ECC Project Manager accreditation
  • •Chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, RICS, etc (preferred)
