Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, portioning ingredients, and executing basic cooking tasks under senior chefs’ supervision. Maintain a clean, organized work area, follow recipes and plating standards, and assist with stock rotation and inventory to reduce waste. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines, coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order execution, and help with training and assigned kitchen duties.
