Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Project Director and Work Package Managers by applying PMO best practices and ensuring data consolidation and data quality for the project management (PM).
•Update and align schedules, run meetings, analyze variances, and propose solutions to close gaps.
•Consolidate risks and opportunities and integrate them into the ARM tool through organization and facilitation of risk and opportunity reviews.
•Lead the updating of indicators (KPIs) and the project dashboard (milestones, ETC, R&O, costs, indicators) and ensure coherence of planning.
•Consolidate and optimize the schedule, draft syntheses, raise alerts when needed, and monitor action plans; assist the PM in organizing, preparing, and guiding internal and managerial progress reviews.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering or a related field with significant project-management support experience.
•Ability to structure, implement, and maintain schedules for project lots and the portfolio while interfacing with lot leaders and project managers.
•Strong ability to synthesize progress status, raise alerts, and provide an helicopter view to manage milestones, expenditures, and remaining work.
•Solid knowledge of Project Management Office (PMO) processes and tools (Primavera, PMBI, Microsoft Project) as well as the full Microsoft Office suite.
•Excellent writing skills to draft management documents, dashboards, risk/opportunity registers, and management plans; rigor, autonomy and teamwork.
