Key Responsibilities

•Check invoices for completeness and correctness of data with regard to account assignment and international VAT aspects.
•Verify invoice against purchase order in SAP.
•Post the invoice in SAP.
•Communicate with front office to resolve open items with vendors and blocked invoices for AP (MRBR, VFX3).
•Participate in quarterly intercompany matching in SAP SEM.

Key Requirements

•A bachelor’s degree in commerce.
•4–5 years of hands-on experience managing Accounts Payable workflows and vendor open items.
•Strong technical skills in SAP ERP, including intercompany matching (SEM) and invoice resolution (MRBR, VFX3).
•A keen eye for verifying invoice completeness and managing international VAT requirements.
•The ability to communicate effectively with front offices to unblock invoices and resolve vendor discrepancies.
