Key Responsibilities

  • •Demonstrate expertise in procedural and processing requirements for business non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications, including H, L, TN, O, E, PERM, I-140, and AOS.
  • •Prepare and process other immigration petitions and applications such as K-1, I-130, N-400, and DACA.
  • •Independently analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for attorney review and submission.
  • •Own a case docket, ensuring timely communication with clients and attorneys.
  • •Stay up to date on immigration developments and share information with the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent training, education, and experience.
  • •Previous experience preparing business immigration applications with demonstrated understanding of visa petitions such as H, L, TN, O, E, PERM, I-140, and AOS, plus K-1, I-130, N-400, and DACA.
  • •Experience with other types of immigration matters.
  • •Excellent multitasking and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines while handling high-volume cases.
  • •Detail-oriented organization skills and strong communication working with diverse professionals.
