Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate, monitor, and adjust rendering equipment and production systems to process raw materials into finished products.
  • •Receive, inspect, move, process, store, and load materials and finished products using conveyors, forklifts, loaders, and other plant equipment.
  • •Monitor product quality, production flow, and equipment performance; make adjustments as needed and report issues to supervision.
  • •Complete routine inspections, basic maintenance tasks, housekeeping duties, and production paperwork to keep operations safe and efficient.
  • •Learn and perform multiple jobs throughout the facility and assist wherever needed to support production goals and customer requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6 continuous months of work experience within the last 2 years in manufacturing, industrial, construction, landscaping, farming, or other hands-on labor roles.
  • •Ability to work safely around moving equipment, machinery, and production processes.
  • •Basic mechanical skills and ability to learn and operate production equipment.
  • •Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work as part of a team.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT)/forklift certification.
