Job Summary

Partner with local people managers in Salt Lake City as a trusted advisor across the employee lifecycle. Own cross-functional, cross-geography HR initiatives end-to-end, including projects like performance reviews, onboarding improvements, and compensation benchmarking. Handle employee relations with discretion, support audit and compliance work, and improve People operations using AI to streamline documentation, tracking, and reporting. Be a visible People team presence for managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted, ongoing partner to local people managers, coaching them through people challenges.
•Support employees across the full arc of their time at Rho, from their first day onward.
•Partner on employee relations, bringing sound judgment and discretion to sensitive situations.
•Support audit and compliance work with internal and external control functions.
•Own People operations and improve processes, including using AI to speed up repetitive documentation, tracking, and reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 130,000

Key Requirements

•3-5+ years of experience in HR or People Ops, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
•A natural instinct for partnership—build trust with managers and employees quickly and keep it over time.
•Ability to speak to a People team’s mission and make it tangible in day-to-day work.
•Exceptional attention to detail and pride in precise, accurate work.
•Discretion and sound judgment for sensitive, confidential matters.
