Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end financial reporting for multiple manufacturing functions, including headcount, working capital, profitability, and variance analysis.
  • •Own month-end close and departmental budgeting and forecasting.
  • •Perform in-depth quantitative analyses such as variance, trend, scenario modeling, and root-cause investigations.
  • •Support cross-functional decision-making with make vs buy and what-if scenarios.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
  • •3-5 years of experience in manufacturing finance and/or FP&A and cost accounting in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts for plant manufacturing.
  • •Experience with financial modeling and the ability to quickly execute analyses in Excel.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain performance, variances, and insights to site leadership and senior stakeholders.
