Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team to develop solutions to complex assembly/manufacturing problems using ingenuity and creativity.
  • •Lead represented employees in the GMF assembly area to assemble complex aerostructures and meet production requirements.
  • •Oversee manufacture of completed units by managing assembly of components into subassemblies and joining structural assemblies.
  • •Ensure installation of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems using fasteners and adhesives, plus mechanical/electrical/electronic testing.
  • •Interface with engineering, management, suppliers, and customers to meet product requirements and customer acceptance.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in a leadership/management role.
  • •Experience working with multiple cross-functional groups (Quality, Assembly, Procurement, Supply Chain, Machining, etc.).
  • •Experience developing and managing a statement of work on time and within budget.
  • •Experience using Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace and SAP.
