Team Lead, Sales Full Time

Lead the store sales floor by driving consumer engagement and helping achieve personal and team sales goals. Deliver outstanding customer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model, assist across store departments (including POS system management, merchandising, and stockroom operations), and manage day-to-day team activities by delegating tasks and monitoring progress. Serve as a brand ambassador, support key holder opening/closing and cash handling, and ensure compliance with asset protection and inventory control standards.
