Job Summary

Lead credit services within HSBC’s Corporate and Institutional Banking COO team, ensuring high service levels for internal and external customers. You will review security documents, recommend changes to HUB limits, support security creation and perfection, track CARM approval conditions, monitor credit limits and SLAs, and improve turnaround times while ensuring regulatory and internal compliance. Provide timely MIS and maintain proper housekeeping to protect the bank’s interests.

•Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines, improve turnaround times, reduce costs and error rates, and provide need-based MIS.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of all aspects of Commercial Banking, with a background in Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, or Operations.
•Knowledge of Group Credit systems, policies, and procedures.
•Knowledge of local laws and regulations.
•Strong analytical skills to analyze received information.
•Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
