Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or Reliability (preferred).
  • •5+ years in maintenance and reliability.
  • •Experience managing a maintenance department in a manufacturing environment, including utilities-specific equipment (e.g., steam turbine generators, air compressors, gas boiler systems).
  • •Experience with maintenance reliability methods, including preventative maintenance, condition-based monitoring, and root cause problem elimination.
  • •Knowledge of SAP for maintenance and budgeting is a plus; CMRP certification is desirable.
