Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the real estate.
  • •Ensure production and supply of energy at all times.
  • •Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and hotel procedures for guest contact.
  • •Optimize maintenance costs and comply with all Kempinski company policies.
  • •Ensure the efficient operation of the Engineering department supporting other operating departments and maintaining equipment, buildings, and grounds in optimum condition.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineer in HVACR or architect (or equivalent) background.
  • •Very good knowledge of building equipment including heating, ventilation, plumbing, electricity, and automatic operation.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in building technology, including maintenance of HVACR buildings and facilities.
  • •Successful experience in a position of responsibility, including management of staff.
  • •Excellent local language skills (oral and written) and excellent English (oral and written).
