Job Summary

Own the development, production, and operation of engine combustor hardware for successful flight operations. Drive design and requirements from concept through testing and production, while managing the existing in-operation fleet. Lead test planning and anomaly reviews, analyze test and flight data to improve designs, and make go/no-go performance decisions. Coordinate peers across teams to meet system and engine requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Own engine combustor hardware design success, requirements, production delivery at target throughput, and reliable operating performance at integrated engine and vehicle level.
•Identify and drive design changes aligned to reliability, simplification, and performance priorities.
•Develop combustor design and hardware from concept through testing and production while managing the in-operation fleet.
•Coordinate peers through informal leadership and self-directed program organization; assign responsibilities, hold teammates accountable, and collaborate with engineers from other teams.
•Develop test requirements, participate in test operations early, lead anomaly reviews, and perform analysis on test and flight data to iterate designs and make go/no-go decisions.

Travel: Low travel
