Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape Allianz Benelux’s enterprise transformation agenda with the Regional CEO and Board of Management, translating strategy into an executable roadmap across Belgium and the Netherlands.
  • •Own and govern the strategic transformation portfolio, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic relevance, readiness, and value potential; run performance and benefits-realization disciplines.
  • •Design and implement the future operating model, simplifying organization and processes, and driving structural productivity through process simplification, automation, and technology modernization.
  • •Lead Allianz Benelux’s enterprise Data & AI strategy and organization, scaling Data, Analytics and AI adoption and embedding AI into key customer and operational journeys.
  • •Provide executive and people leadership as part of the Executive Committee, building and leading a multidisciplinary transformation and Data & AI organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant senior leadership experience in large, complex organizations delivering enterprise-wide transformations at material scale.
  • •Proven ability to translate transformation into measurable business and financial outcomes, including productivity, growth, customer experience, and operational performance.
  • •Strong experience in business and operating-model transformation, including organizational redesign, process transformation, technology modernization, strategic sourcing, and workforce transformation.
  • •Deep understanding of Data, Analytics, and AI, with the ability to use these as strategic levers for enterprise business transformation.
  • •Ability to operate as a trusted advisor and constructive challenger to top executives, with strong financial/investment discipline and people leadership.
