Job Summary

Support the Advanced Airborne Sensor (AAS) program by troubleshooting and evaluating hardware issues from the component level through systems (including analog/digital/power circuitry and interfaces). Perform failure categorization and disposition, communicate status to program leadership, and help develop test equipment, requirements, and procedures. Collaborate across manufacturing, Program Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering, with periodic travel (up to 25%) for integration and in-person meetings.

Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot hardware and issues down to CCA, server, switch, and/or component levels, including analog/digital/power circuitry and interfaces.
•Perform technical evaluations of hardware, categorize failures, and disposition failing hardware in a timely manner.
•Prioritize and execute improvement opportunities, including communicating findings to program leadership.
•Partner in developing test equipment and establishing test requirements and procedures.
•Travel periodically (up to 25%) to support in-person meetings and system integration efforts at facilities, suppliers, and/or customer sites.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
•Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in design engineer, production support engineer, network engineer, or process engineer roles.
•Experience analyzing technical data and using schematic drawings to support troubleshooting.
•Experience troubleshooting hardware issues down to Circuit Card Assembly (CCA), server, switch, and/or component levels.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
