Assistant Manager

Support the Store Manager in driving sales, KPIs, and profit opportunities for the Levi’s store. Lead daily and weekly performance through floor leadership and clear targets, monitor KPIs and reports, and improve results via action plans. Own store operations including stock management, payroll, rotas, and administration, while coaching and developing the team. Ensure exceptional customer service and uphold visual merchandising and brand standards; step in fully when needed.
