Key Responsibilities

•Configure and maintain Workday PSA configurations to ensure operational stability.
•Support testing for Workday PSA during bi-annual releases and patches.
•Manage PSA-related ServiceNow tickets, triage and resolve or escalate requests.
•Build and enhance Workday PSA reports with calculated fields and troubleshooting.
•Assist with configuring and maintaining system alerts and notifications, including periodic reviews of alert effectiveness.

Key Requirements

•Support senior PSA developers and product owners with configuration and maintenance tasks within Workday PSA
•Assist with regression testing for Workday bi-annual releases and patch updates
•Serve as a first point of contact for PSA-related ServiceNow tickets, triaging requests, resolving standard issues, and escalating more complex items
•Execute security-related role assignment changes
•Perform mass data maintenance activities, including year-end support, data loads, and cleanup efforts
