Key Responsibilities

•Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements as well as site policies for mechanical design and maintenance
•Establish cleanroom work practices and enable optimized cleanroom construction activities
•Evaluate and improve existing equipment to maintain required capacity, capability and cost of ownership
•Analyze failures and develop improvement plans to support >99.9% facility uptime
•Lead in implementation of data projects such as statistical process control to improve maintainability, availability and proactive detection of failures

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 73,100 - 117,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
•5+ years experience with operation, maintenance and improvements of large industrial systems such as air handlers, chillers, boilers, air compressors, acid/solvent exhaust and utility water
•Knowledge of Siemens Building Automation Systems a plus
•Exhibit top-tier diagnostic capabilities, especially in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions
•Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, aptitude to work cohesively in teams, and lead projects when necessary
•Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S
