Counsel

Serve as legal advisor and day-to-day counsel for the global Supply Chain Management (SCM) function, including claims management. Support the Sustainability & Governance team by implementing risk-minimizing legal policies, drafting and negotiating contract flow-down terms, and reviewing vendor purchase orders, supply orders, and subcontracts. Provide ongoing legal guidance across the contract lifecycle while helping standardize vendor contracting processes and training SCM stakeholders.
