Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as legal advisor and day-to-day counsel for the global SCM function, including claims management.
  • •Review and manage Indian projects related claims in coordination with legal and Contracts Management.
  • •Implement proactive legal policies to minimize risk and protect the organization.
  • •Draft prime contract flow-down requirements into vendor subcontracts, purchase orders, or existing MSAs.
  • •Draft, review, negotiate, and approve vendor purchase orders, supply orders, and subcontracts; provide guidance throughout the contract lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •J.D. or LLB degree from a reputed Indian university and 5–10 years of legal experience in construction, industrial, or energy with supply-chain support, contract drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • •Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in a business environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of contract law in a business environment.
  • •Excellent writing, research, commercial negotiation, and communication/presentation skills.
  • •Experience with vendor agreements and prime contract flow-down drafting; able to work collaboratively with global teams.
