Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of critical programs including Performance Reviews (goal setting, mid-year, and year-end), Rewards and Recognition, and Employee Engagement strategy
•Drive the development and evolution of company-wide Job Architecture, including leveling, competencies, and career pathing to support a growing global workforce
•Systematically integrate Mission, Vision, and Values into the employee journey from performance competencies to recognition and exit insights
•Design and implement strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new programs; develop communications and training materials for key stakeholders
•Collect and interpret talent data to measure program impact; build dashboards tracking turnover, promotion rates, and performance distribution to provide actionable insights

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years in HR with a heavy emphasis on Program/Project Management, preferably as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Generalist
•Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional HR projects in a high-growth technology environment
•Technical fluency with HRIS and employee survey platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, CultureAmp) and advanced analytical skills
•Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
•Ability to work onsite 3 days a week (Mon, Tue, Thu) in Bethesda, MD or Waltham, MA
