Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and merchandise: Closely work with the product team to manage seasonal product ranges and ensure alignment with wholesale/franchise segmentation strategy.
•Develop and recommend assortment plans for wholesale/franchise partners each season to drive sell-through and business growth.
•Monitor sell-through performance and provide actionable insights to optimize product performance and meet consumer needs.
•Coordinate with product, marketing, and VM teams to ensure timely and consistent product launches at the right POS.
•Manage pre-orders and the replenishment process to maximize store productivity and ensure sell-through before product launches.

Key Requirements

•University Degree and above
•At least 3 years store operations experience in retail or wholesale industry
•General knowledge of consumer goods market and retail & wholesale network
•Footwear or apparel industry is a plus
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to communicate in English
