Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive success and growth of the Heritage practice in Québec by targeting client development opportunities aligned with organizational objectives.
  • •Develop client retention strategies and leverage regional successes at both regional and national levels to strengthen and expand the Heritage sector.
  • •Lead Québec Heritage Sector revenue generation and project development activities toward annual financial objectives and growth targets.
  • •Provide professional architectural seal on drawings and contract documents when serving as the supervising architect.
  • •Review and analyze operational metrics and lead major heritage projects as required, providing architectural oversight.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Architecture with eligibility for professional licensure in Québec.
  • •10+ years of experience, preferably within the heritage sector.
  • •Recognized expertise in heritage conservation, restoration, or rehabilitation.
  • •Functional level of English required for initiatives outside Québec and collaboration across Canada.
