Key Responsibilities

•Build and own the distribution partner strategy and pipeline for Arc “Earn” across neobanks, fintech apps, wallets, and CEXs.
•Define target segments, partner tiers, product offerings, and a repeatable partner motion (discovery through scale).
•Establish success metrics and forecasting tied to partner launches and Earn adoption outcomes.
•Lead partner discovery and translate insights into GTM and product requirements, including partner outcomes, liquidity preferences, and feedback synthesis.
•Source, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships end-to-end, then drive integration and post-launch performance.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 212,500 - 272,500 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, product partnerships, or ecosystem roles.
•Experience in fintech/neobank/consumer finance/wallet/exchange environments, credibly selling to and partnering with fintech stakeholders.
•Proven track record sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and launching partnerships including technical integration and ongoing performance management.
•Strong GTM design ability to translate discovery into packaging, positioning, and a repeatable partner motion.
•Comfort driving execution cross-functionally (Product, Engineering, Legal/Compliance, Risk, Finance, Marketing) and direct negotiation at C-suite level.
